Head of Marketing

We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned Head of Marketing for our client. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing various marketing strategies for the respective Therapeutic Categories. This includes product introduction and management of product life cycle to ensure alignment and effective product management aligned to the companies’ goals and strategies.

The Head of Marketing role requires a minimum 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 5 years’ experience within a management role within Pharmaceuticals.
A post-Graduate Marketing Degree is an advantage.
Your day-to-day activities will include:  
    • Coordinating and analysing the markets/products data to propose quantitative and qualitative scenarios
    • Align key stakeholders – marketing and medical colleagues, region and country management, functional group colleagues, and Therapeutic Area(s) counterparts in the Sales and Regulatory Units – in business objectives and strategies
    • Identify, develop and manage key stakeholder relationships with the company’s headquarters to leverage marketing expertise and alignment with global marketing
    • Monitor marketing financial management
    • Quality and Compliance
    • Coaching and mentoring of team members
