HR Business Partner
We are looking for a qualified, ambitious, forward-thinking HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our client’s business goals.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience with HR practices and employee management, a Degree in Organisational Psychology and an ability to interact with senior leadership team in a manufacturing set-up.
Our client considers people as their biggest asset and expects nothing but excellence from them. They focus on attracting, retaining, and developing the correct talent mix.
You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources matters including policies and processes, performance management, employee engagement initiatives and IR and be great at negotiating with Unions.
