They are looking for a seasoned HR Strategic Partner who will assist the leadership team to achieve the commercial goals by partnering with them on all people-related matters.
You must have a track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies, processes and policies. Be able to drive employee relations strategy in partnership with business leaders by positively influencing their decisions. You understand the benefits of a positive company culture, while promoting diversity and inclusion. You have good business acumen, strong emotional intelligence coupled with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and statutes. You have successfully negotiated with unions and know how to deal with external experts such as consultants and lawyers.

- Degree in Industrial Relations + Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a business partner role covering all processes of HR
