Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Dermatology to lead a team of professional sales representatives catering to Specialists and General Practitioners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to achieve divisional sales targets and operational objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Medical-related qualification advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Management
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Medical Sales Representative in Specialist and GP markets.
- Strong technical expertise in product and disease knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional and divisional sales targets.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and customers.
- Provide solutions to customer challenges and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Forecast regional sales and monitor performance against targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitive information to identify growth opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team through effective performance management and training.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, including time, budgets, stock, and sales tools.
- Prepare and present regional sales analysis and reports to senior management.
- Foster a high-performing team environment focused on achieving results and delivering value to customers.
