They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of surpassing sales targets to join their team.
 
The focus of this role is to implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the division’s sales and lay the foundation for future growth. The position involves directing sales activities in the region and managing customer interactions. It also includes setting a long-term vision for the region and creating a business plan to achieve this objective. Efficient management of resources is crucial to the role. Building and maintaining positive relationships with key opinion leaders and customers is also a key responsibility, along with effectively solving customer problems. This position requires overseeing sales forecasting, tracking, analyzing regional sales, and sharing information with Sales Representatives, Corporate Marketing, and Sales Operations.

We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of product and disease knowledge, as well as strong technical skills. A Medical-related tertiary qualification would be beneficial, as would previous Sales Management experience. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in both Specialist and GP markets.
