Main Activities
- Procurement Strategy and Strategic Sourcing
- Develop procurement strategies, including inventory management and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement aligns with business goals.
- Vendor Management
- Monitor and manage vendor performance using scorecards and structured reviews.
- Collaborate with vendors for product improvement and innovation opportunities.
- Cost Management
- Maintain open-book costing with contract manufacturers.
- Ensure competitive pricing through regular benchmarking.
- Best Procurement Practices
- Drive strategies supporting BBBEE objectives and corporate governance.
- Project Management and Reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are achieved.
