We are looking for a Training Facilitator to prepare, coordinate, evaluate and deliver learning and development training programs for our client’s employees. You will be facilitating all training programs required by the client, maintaining all training matrices and training records of all staff.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, designing team and individual courses, and maintaining records of curriculum and materials. You will be gathering feedback on the quality of training from trainees, instructors, and managers.
To be successful in this role, you should know the various educational techniques for different roles and skill sets. Your strong leadership skill together with communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills is vital. Ultimately, you will ensure that the work environment helps employees develop their skills and fosters career advancement.
An ODETDP or relevant NQF 7 Human Capital qualification specializing and skills development is required with 3 – 5 years training facilitation experience and a Facilitator / Assessor / Moderator certification.
