Territory Manager (Neuroscience Division)

Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager for their Neuroscience Division. The primary objective of this role is to drive sustainable and profitable growth of the product portfolios and therapeutic categories while providing strategic direction, brand stewardship, and commercial acumen.
Key Job Functions:
- Drive motivation of the sales force towards achieving brand goals.
- Implement promotional and advertising strategies to grow brand market share across relevant channels.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Head, Finance, and other business functions to develop a Territory Sales Plan.
- Conduct market analysis, gather insights, and execute strategic initiatives accordingly.
- Lead the implementation and monitor the success of marketing strategies, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Propose regional sales targets in agreement with the Divisional Head.
- Partner with local stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.
- Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans.
- Provide insights and intelligence to align marketing strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, Key Accounts, Training, and Regulatory to optimise brand performance.
- Work with other Territory Managers on joint projects when required.
- Identify business opportunities and develop business cases in partnership with the marketing function.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations governing sales and marketing activities.
Key Outputs:
- Territory budgets, phasing, and forecasting.
- Product sales estimates and Long-Range Plans (LRP).
- Managing territory CRM budget.
- Implementation and management of performance-based objectives.
- Development of sales support tools for field force execution.
- Localised promotional campaigns and marketing events.
- Attendance at congresses and ongoing brand performance tracking.
- Competitor performance tracking and alignment of strategies.
- Creation of business presentations for Brand, Division, and Country Reviews.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
- Experience as a Product Manager or Sales Manager
- 2-3 years of brand or sales management experience in Neuropsychiatry
- Proven experience in the multinational Pharmaceutical industry
- Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience
