Our client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist to join their Steriles division. The successful candidate will oversee daily production planning, ensure GMP compliance, support operational efficiency, and contribute to the consistent delivery of high-quality sterile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily sterile production activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, staffing, and GMP standards.
- Support operational efficiency through effective planning, problem-solving, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee compounding, sterile product processes, and address production issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including manufacturing records, validation reports, and SOP updates.
- Communicate production requirements to staff, support training needs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility, mechanical, or quality challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical Production environment, ideally within steriles.
- Strong understanding of production processes in sterile manufacturing settings.
- SAPC Registration.
- Strong communication, organisational, leadership, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy with detailed information.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up abilities.
