Our client, operating in the pharmaceutical and aesthetic healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and expand an innovative aesthetic skincare portfolio. This role focuses on shaping product strategy, overseeing the full product lifecycle, and executing impactful marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an aesthetic skincare product portfolio, including strategy, positioning, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor forecasts, inventory levels, expenses, and profitability to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with agencies on campaigns, influencer programmes, events, and brand initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for product-related and regulatory queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Support sales teams with training, presentations, clinical insights, and updated promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and submit required reports within budget.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Paramedical, or a related field.
- Proven Product Management experience, preferably within skincare or dermatology.
- Strong technical marketing capability and experience in market and customer research.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
