Product & Business Development Manager – (GI, Respiratory, EndoTherapy, Infection Prevention & Capital Equipment)

Our client in the medical devices and healthcare industry is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Product & Business Development Manager to lead strategic product management and market development initiatives across specialised medical technology portfolios. This role focuses on driving product strategy, supporting commercial execution, leading product launches, and strengthening market positioning within a highly competitive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing strategies, forecasting, and portfolio optimisation.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor intelligence, and opportunity assessments to identify growth areas and support business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and product awareness initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
- Support sales teams through product training, technical support, customer engagement, and strategic account collaboration.
- Lead and coordinate new product launches, market roll-outs, and adoption of innovative healthcare solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical societies, key opinion leaders, and institutions.
- Support tender processes, reporting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or MBA advantageous.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in medical devices, healthcare marketing, or product management.
- Experience within endoscopy, infection prevention, respiratory, or capital equipment portfolios advantageous.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management, marketing strategy, and product launches.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and market dynamics.
- Experience supporting commercial execution and working closely with sales teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
