Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to drive the growth of their CNS product portfolio. This role focuses on developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing plans that align with business objectives, using customer and market insights to achieve measurable performance and market share growth.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing plans, and innovation initiatives for assigned products.
  • Identify and leverage market and customer insights to inform decision-making and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Lead brand planning, forecasting, and performance tracking in line with business goals.
  • Develop and roll out marketing materials, promotional activities, and product campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Manage product launches, ensuring brand visibility and commercial success.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • Tertiary qualification in Science or Commerce.
  • 3–5 years’ brand management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven success in brand planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Strong understanding of the CNS therapeutic area
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing market data and developing performance-driven strategies.
