Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Health Representative to join their Primary Care Division. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on engaging with healthcare professionals, driving brand growth, and delivering science-based promotional content to enhance the customer experience.
 
Your Responsibilities:
    • Engage with healthcare professionals (in-person and virtually) to compliantly grow product demand and meet business objectives.
    • Deliver science-based brand messages and disease-related content to support improved patient outcomes.
    • Act as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless connection to subject matter experts and digital platforms.
    • Drive adoption of digital engagement tools and platforms.
    • Develop and execute territory business plans, reporting on activities and identifying innovative solutions to grow market share.
    • Capture and share customer insights and market intelligence.
    • Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and timely submission of expenses.
Minimum Requirements:
    • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
    • Strong selling and presentation skills, both virtual and face-to-face.
    • Business knowledge and customer acumen.
    • High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
    • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and teamwork skills.
    • Understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
    • Valid driver’s licence (essential).
