Our client in the medical devices and healthcare industry is seeking driven and technically strong Sales Representatives to support and grow specialised surgical portfolios across Surgical Endoscopy, Surgical Devices, ENT, and Integrated Theatre Solutions. This role focuses on driving sales growth, providing in-theatre clinical support, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering advanced surgical and integrated healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets across surgical devices, capital equipment, and integrated healthcare solutions.
- Develop and execute territory plans to increase market share and expand customer accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, quotations, tenders, negotiations, and closing.
- Provide in-theatre clinical support, product demonstrations, evaluations, and training to surgeons and theatre staff.
- Promote integrated theatre solutions, workflow optimisation technologies, and digital healthcare systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, biomedical departments, procurement teams, and hospital management.
- Support new product launches, clinical education initiatives, and solution-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasts, market intelligence, and compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Commercial or sales qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical device sales, preferably within surgical environments.
- Experience in theatre-based selling and operating room environments highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in capital equipment and/or surgical device sales.
- Experience engaging with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital management.
- Strong understanding of operating theatre workflows and sterile environments.
- Willingness to work within theatre settings, including irregular hours where required.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
