Our esteemed global medical device client is currently in search of a Sales Representative specializing in IS Cardiology or Cardiovascular products. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales job. Practical knowledge of sales techniques is essential, and candidates with an existing network of Interventional Cardiologists/Cardiovascular product specialists are preferred. Familiarity and understanding of the local market and its clients will be advantageous. The successful candidate should demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, independence, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality. A positive attitude, proactiveness, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the capacity to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines are crucial. Motivation and determination are key attributes for this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
    • Stay updated on market drivers, competitors, positioning, and industry trends and Product Knowledge.
    • Achieve Sales and Profit Targets:
    • Manage all sales activities within the assigned product group/territory.
    • Collaborate with Sales Manager to establish targets and price levels and monitor performance.
    • Implement Marketing & Sales Strategy
    • Execute defined strategies and develop tactics to enhance sales and profitability.
    • Participate in establishing effective sales channels and enhancing product group quality.
    • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
    • Manage Congresses: Attend local conferences, congresses, and trade shows to represent the company.
    • Develop and conduct training programs for internal and external customers in collaboration with the Product Manager.
    • Handle complaints and ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs procedures.
    • Submit monthly detailed reports to facilitate smooth communication and information flow.
